NY Times article today: "Rec Room is the new way to expand an apartment"

Saw this article in the NY Times today and thought of all of our lower-unit owners.
The article talks about the legalities of using the lower floors as bedrooms, adding in a new bath downstairs and other factors.

Free yoga classes on Saturdays at Jane Bailey Community Garden

Have you checked out the community gardens on either side of the building yet? The wildflowers are blooming, vegetables are sprouting up - and free yoga classes are taking place.

Each Saturday in July at 11am NY Restoration Project is offering free "Club Fit" yoga classes at Jane Bailey Community Garden (on the north side of the Lineage.)

From NY Restoration Project:
These free, outdoor yoga classes are a great way to get outside and join NYRP in our beautiful community gardens. Starting in May and running through September, these hour-long sessions led by licensed instructors from Harlem Yoga Studio and Brooklyn Holistics will help burn calories while educating about proper form, tempo, and mindset needed for a fulfilling and exciting workout.
